A lifelong resident of Wildwood Crest, Brad Vogdes knows the city-and the ins and outs of its real estate market-as well as anyone you’ll ever meet. His first taste of real estate came in the 1990s when he began buying, renovating, and managing his own portfolio of rental properties.

A lifelong resident of the Wildwoods, John Feketics knows the real estate market at the shore as well as anyone you’ll ever meet. Since becoming a Realtor in 2002, John has learned the ins-and-outs of the business foremost by voluntarily attending several industry-based educational seminars through the StarPower network of Realtors, sharing ideas with some of the top agents across the country. John also hit the ground running in obtaining the distinguished CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) designation in 2004, the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation in 2007, the RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) designation in 2009, and the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification in 2010. Each designation/certification is supported by The National Association of Realtors or The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of NAR.

John has always found time to lend a helping hand too, most known for his roles involving charity golf tournaments. As Chairperson for the CMCAR Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament (2004-2011), John’s efforts help raise over $110,000 – all earmarked for Cape May County graduating high school seniors wishing to further their education. John has also been Co-Chairman of the Annual Wildwood Catholic High School Fundraising Golf Tournament, which since 2010 has raised over $200,000.

In the fall of 2009, John was named the Cape May County Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year. In addition, John has achieved the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award TWELVE times during his thirteen-year tenure as a Realtor, most recently in 2015 as a SILVER AWARD recipient. John also earned the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club Award in 2013, which recognizes sales consistency in the industry. John’s ability to anticipate his clients’ needs, as well as his industry and market knowledge, are among the keys he focuses on in helping his customers get what they want.

A 1991 graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School and a 1995 graduate of Cabrini College, John looks forward to enjoying his most of his free time with his wife Patricia and two children, Patrick and Megan. Joyce brings her many years of intimate knowledge and expertise about vacation home sales and rental property management to Atlantis Realty. She is particularly familiar in all island properties of Wildwood, North Wildwood, West Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Diamond Beach and Seapointe Village.

During her many years of being a Realtor, Joyce has attained several designations. Joyce is also connected to her community as a past member of the Middle Twp Zoning Board for 24 years and has been a Director on the CMC Board of Realtors. Also served as Secretary and Vice President. Her experience helps Sellers understand the zoning requirements of the property they are purchasing. She also enjoys going to seminars and continuing her education in all facets of the real estate market.

Crystal was born and raised in Cape May County and currently resides in North Cape May with her husband and two children, Julianna and Jackson. She graduated from Lower Cape May Regional HS and went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University. She has been a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016 and is eager to help you with all of your real estate needs! Candi Ludlam is a licensed Broker-Associate and is Atlantis Realty Cape Shore's managing Broker. Candi started her real estate career in 1995. She obtained her Broker-Associate license in 1999. Candi is constantly updating her real estate knowledge by attending numerous courses and seminars, dealing primarily with Residential Real Estate, Financing, and Marketing. Candi is a member of the National, State, and Cape May County Board of Realtors, and has served on numerous committees, including the Cape May County Realtor Board of Directors. She has been a Million Dollar Sales Associate from 1996-2004, in the Master's Club (Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond Levels), and on the CENTURION TEAM in 2000, all while with Century 21. Candi has also earned the "TOP TEN" Recognition Award through the Real Estate STAR Program.

Barbara is a lifelong resident of Cape May, NJ which has given her ample knowledge and solid perspective on our shore areas. She decided in her early 30's that Real Estate was her passion and that's when her career kicked off beginning as a Secretary for Cammarano Real Estate. While working for the office, she proactively attended Real Estate school and obtained her Real Estate license in 1991. Barbara still believes it was one of the best decisions she has made to this day! Throughout the years, this led to years of service on the Cape May County Board of Realtors where she served on the Board of Directors for several terms and served and chaired on many committees. Barbara specifically served The Community Service Committee and earned several state awards while doing so. Barbara’s passion for helping the community continues to this day as she has organized and supported the Douglass scholarship fund as well as numerous children’s charities. In 1994, she was honored for her dedication and service by receiving the Realtor (R/A) of the year award. It is through her years of experience in Real Estate and excellent negotiating skills that Barbara has been successful in building a career in the highs and lows of the industry.
