It has two bedroom ,two full bathroom, a brand new kitchen with 42 inch cabinets, recessed lighting , a full sized stainless steel refrigerator, a built in microwave, new windows , tile back splash, all new doors, including a sliding door with built in mini blinds. Outside there is a Gazebo with bar height patio furniture , and the bonus is the 2016 Club car golf cart is included in the price plus the rest of the season since you can still come during the winter Friday to Monday. The lot fee was already paid by the seller. Plus they paid the deposit for the site for next year of $500. The seasonal site fee is high but it is worth it . There is a lake that you can swim, going kayaking , paddling boarding , and fishing. Of course there is a pool . The bonus is the water park for the kids, a adult lounge to hide from the kids.. only kidding but it does have a adult only pool and shuffleboard table room. They have activities almost every hour during the season for the kids. The season Runs from Aril 1st to October 31st and then Friday to Monday during the winter months.
