Candi Ludlam is a licensed Broker-Associate and is Atlantis Realty Cape Shore's managing Broker. Candi started her real estate career in 1995. She obtained her Broker-Associate license in 1999. Candi is constantly updating her real estate knowledge by attending numerous courses and seminars, dealing primarily with Residential Real Estate, Financing, and Marketing. Candi is a member of the National, State, and Cape May County Board of Realtors, and has served on numerous committees, including the Cape May County Realtor Board of Directors. She has been a Million Dollar Sales Associate from 1996-2004, in the Master's Club (Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond Levels), and on the CENTURION TEAM in 2000, all while with Century 21. Candi has also earned the "TOP TEN" Recognition Award through the Real Estate STAR Program.
