Joyce brings her many years of intimate knowledge and expertise about vacation home sales and rental property management to Atlantis Realty. She is particularly familiar in all island properties of Wildwood, North Wildwood, West Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Diamond Beach and Seapointe Village.

Joyce has an uncanny knack for finding the right property for her clients and helping make their dreams come true. One of her greatest pleasures is having continuing relationships with her past clients. She truly enjoys spending time chatting with her frequent visitors.

During her many years of being a Realtor, Joyce has attained several designations. The most recent ones being GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep), ePRO (internet proficient), RSPS, SFR, and is presently working on getting her CRS (Certified Residential Specialty). Joyce is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Her staging expertise helps Sellers prepare their homes for sale. A Buyer knows in the first 90 seconds if the home they are viewing is one they would consider buying, so making a home visibly appealing is important. Joyce is also connected to her community as a past member of the Middle Twp Zoning Board for 24 years and has been a Director on the CMC Board of Realtors. Also served as Secretary and Vice President. Her experience helps Sellers understand the zoning requirements of the property they are purchasing. She also enjoys going to seminars and continuing her education in all facets of the real estate market.
