Born & raised a Wildwood Crest resident, John (aka “Jumbo”) knows the real estate market at the shore as well as anyone you will ever meet. John started his career as a Realtor after having graduated from The Seashore Real Estate School in 2002. Prior to that, John attended/graduated from Cabrini College (1995) with a B.S. in Marketing, Wildwood Catholic High School (1991), and St. Ann’s Grade School in Wildwood (1987).

Education has always been paramount throughout John’s career, as he earned the coveted CRS Designation in 2004, the ABR Designation in 2007, and both the RSPS Designation & SFR Designation in 2009. That same year, John was also named The CMCAR Realtor of the Year and in 2013, John was awarded entry into the New Jersey Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club.

Over the years, John has worked with many charitable organizations too, including but not limited to, The Lunch with Lynch Foundation, The Greater Wildwood Little League and The United Way. John also found a niche in organizing and running charity golf tournaments, having chaired/co-chaired the CMCAR Scholarship Golf Tournament for seven years, and then the Wildwood Catholic High School (now Wildwood Catholic Academy) Golf Tournament for a total of 11 years…and running!
